If you'd like to order it at any time, I'd be delighted, but I'm trying to have an Amazon launch so please if interested, could you pre-order it so the sales will register on it's first available day and it will go in the Amazon ratings accordingly. The launch day is likely to be 6th Feb, but I am also having a book signing event at Waterstones, Castlepoint on 14th Feb, and then going for a celebratory drink afterwards so allcomers welcome.
